OxyPro™ hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) is a holistic approach that potentially boosts cellular metabolism, empowering cells to cleanse and renew themselves. The primary objective is to elevate oxygen levels in the blood, fostering tissue repair and restoring the body’s normal functions.
Intended purpose & operation
Within the OxyPro™ chamber, treatment elevates oxygen levels by 50% (from 21% to 31%), concurrently raising the pressure to 53 Kilopascals (1.53 ATA), approximating a depth of around 5.3 meters underwater.
Under heightened pressure, cellular matter experiences slight compression. This, coupled with the elevated oxygen content, has the potential to facilitate the removal of toxins and other substances.
Elevated tissue oxygen content is thought by some to bolster the body’s immune system. Additionally, HBOT therapy may be linked to enhancing white cells’ ability to identify and address cells that are not beneficial to the body.
Anti-aging hyperbaric protocol – promotes massive stem cell increase. The protocol includes 60 daily HBOT sessions of 100% oxygen at 2 ATA for 90 min with intermittent air breaks. Through a mechanism previously referred to as the hyperoxic-hypoxic paradox. Intermittent hyperoxia exposures, with a 5-min air break (no mask) every 20 min.
Mechanisms of HBOT in Aging Intervention:
HBOT promotes healthy aging through multiple mechanisms including:
Angiogenesis enhancement.
Immunomodulatory properties.
Antioxidant defenses enhancement.
Interference with cellular senescence.
Stimulation of stem cell proliferation and differentiation.
increase telomere length
HBOT stimulates stem/progenitor cell mobilization and recruitment from bone marrow.
Promotes stem cell proliferation, differentiation, and protein secretion.
Combined therapy of HBOT with stem cell transplantation enhances therapeutic effects.
HBOT shows promise in rejuvenation potential beyond traditional medical use. Cognitive Improvement: Skin Rejuvenation Improvements in myocardial diastolic function and restoration of cardiac senescence marker expression suggest potential cardioprotective effects.
Clinical study on asymptomatic elderly subjects, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) with a repeated 60 daily sessions protocol at 2 ATA (atmospheres absolute) improved left and right ventricular systolic function, indicating better cardiac performance.
